The Real Sum Shady includes Reveal Art, Reveal Graphing, and other activity types as they become available. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
The Real Sum Shady is an educational platform that allows teachers to create engaging math practice activities for classroom use. Products within The Real Sum Shady include Reveal Art (image-reveal activities), Reveal Graphing (coordinate plotting activities), and additional features as they are released. The platform is operated by The Real Sum Shady LLC.
The Real Sum Shady is designed for use in educational settings. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in a manner appropriate for students.
All activities created on The Real Sum Shady — including the platform, tools, templates, and generated content — are the property of The Real Sum Shady LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use activities you create while your subscription is active.
You may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer any activity or content created on the platform to any third party, including but not limited to marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers.
Activities become inaccessible if your subscription lapses or is cancelled. The Real Sum Shady LLC reserves the right to delete inactive accounts and associated content after 12 months of inactivity.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images you upload to the platform do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. By uploading an image, you represent that you have the right to use it.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
All payments are final. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. The Real Sum Shady LLC reserves the right to change pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.
Free trials are available as described at signup. Trial periods do not require a credit card. At the end of a trial, access requires a paid subscription.
The Real Sum Shady LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep The Real Sum Shady available and functioning. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. Service outages do not automatically entitle users to refunds or credits.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of The Real Sum Shady at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Real Sum Shady LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may close your account at any time.
The Real Sum Shady is provided "as is." The Real Sum Shady LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or content uploaded by users. You assume full responsibility for the content you upload and share with students.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

If you opted in to marketing communications during signup, you may receive occasional emails about product updates, new features, and teaching resources. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
We will always send transactional emails related to your account regardless of your marketing preference.
You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at team@therealsumshady.com. Account deletion will remove your personal information from our systems, though some data may be retained for legal or billing purposes.
The Real Sum Shady accounts are for educators only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately and we will remove it.
